    This matter
    is
    before the Board
    on the
    City
    of LaSalle’s
    motions to supplement and for leave to file limited copies.
    The
    motions were filed with the Board on June 11,
    1991.
    However, the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) was not served
    with a copy
    of the motions.
    The Board
    supplied
    a
    copy to the
    Agency.
    The Agency has not filed
    a response.
    LaSalle asks that the Board allow it to supplement its amended
    petition
    for
    combined
    sewer
    overflow
    (CSO)
    exception
    with
    a
    proposed operational plan for its sewer system, and with additional
    documents relating to
    a collapse near the Marquette Street
    CSO.
    LaSalle also asks that it be allowed to file only three copies of
    the
    proposed
    operational
    plan,
    because
    of
    the
    bulk
    of
    that
    document.
    Both motions are granted.
