    PROTECTION AGENCY,

    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by B.
    Forcade):
This matter comes before the Board on a Motion for
Reconsideration and Motion for Extension of Time filed by Harlem
    Township on November 23,
    1992.
    The motion states that the
counsel for Harlem Township was not timely informed of the
    Board’s October 16,
    1992 decision in this matter.
    The counsel
for petitioner claims that she first learned of the Board’s
    decision on November 18,
    1992 through a third party.
    The
statutory time period for filing a motion for reconsideration is
    35 days.
Therefore the deadline for filing such a motion in this
    case was November 20,
    1992.
    The petitioner notes that because
the decision was not transmitted to the petitioner it cannot
supply the specific reasoning for reconsideration at this time.
The motion requests the Board to reconsider its decision and
allow an extension of time, until December 23,
    1992,
    for
petitioner to supplement the motion for reconsideration.
The Board’s records do not indicate that a copy of the
decision was sent to counsel for the petitioner.
    The Board
grants the motion for the extension of time.
    Harlem Township is
granted an extension of time, until December 23,
    1992, in which
to supplement its motion for reconsideration.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
