    On October 29,
1992, Reichhold filed a Motion to Stay.
    The
motion stated that a waiver of the decision deadline would be
filed if the motion to stay was granted.
    In a November 19,
    1992
Board order, the Board denied Reichhold’s Motion to Stay.
    The
Board denied the motion to stay because a waiver of the statutory
decision deadline had not been filed.
The Board in denying the motion to stay overlooked
    Reichhold’s November 2,
    1992 filing of a
    120 day waiver of the
    decision deadline.
    Therefore,
    the Board reconsiders its November
    19,
1992 Board order denying the motion to stay.
    Reichhold has
waived the decision deadline until June 25,
    1993.
    The Board
    grants
a stay for a 120 days from the filing of the petition for
    review on October 29,
    1992.
This matter is hereby stayed until
    February 26,
    1993.
The parties are ordered to file status
reports with the Board on or before March 5,
    1993.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy N. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control
Board, hereby certjfy that the above order was adopted on the
