    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by G.

    Girard):
    On November
    9,
    1992, respondent,
    Coggeshall Construction
    Company,
filed a motion suggesting the death of respondent,
    S.
    Scott Coggeshall.
The Board has not received a response from the
    petitioner.
The motion states that the death of Mr. Coggeshall
    occurred on October 29,
    1992,
    and a death certificate was
    attached to the motion.
The Board has previously held that an action filed under the
administrative citation provisions of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Act do not survive upon death of the respondent.
    (See
    IEPA
    v.
    Leon Lamant, AC 89—231,
    117 PCB 195, December 20,

Donald and Catherine Bouthout AC 89—170,
    111 PCB 439,
    May 24,

    Therefore,
the Board dismisses this action with
    regards to respondent
    S.
    Scott Coggeshall.
