    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency’s March 16,
    1992 filing of its
    motion to dismiss.
    The motion requests the Board to dismiss this
    petition because it contains several insufficiencies.
    On March
    12,
    1992,
    the Board found the petition in this matter
    insufficient and allowed the petitioner 45 days to amend its
    petition.
    Therefore, the Agency’s motion to dismiss is denied.
    Upon filing of any amended petition, the Agency may file a new
    motion, as it deems necessary.
