    ORDER OF’ THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on petitioner’s amended
    petition for variance filed August 22,
    1991.
    The amended filing
    is in response to a Board Order dated July 11,
    1991 which
    identified certain deficiencies in the petitioner’s original
    petition.
    Upon review of the amended petition the Board notes the
    following additional deficiencies:
    1..
    The leachate testing procedure is not identified.
    2.
    The units of measurement in the test results
    (Exhibit
    F)
    are not given.
    3.
    The terms “Slag I” and “Slag II”, etc. are not
    identified or defined (Exhibit H).
    (See report Cole
    Laboratories, Inc. dated June 20,
    1985)
    A description
    of the samples analyzed in Exhibit H should be
    supplied.
    If an amended petition is not filed within 14 days of the
    date of today’s Order, the petition may be subject to dismissal.
    The filing of an amended petition will restart the Board’s
    deadline for decision in this matter.
