    This matter comes before the Board on its own motion.
    On
    May 26,
    1993 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a corrected copy of the record in this proceeding.
    That corrected copy has certain portions of the record marked as
    “confidential”.
    The Board directs the Clerk to continue to hold
    the material marked “confidential”
    in her confidential files
    until further notice.
    The Board notes that the May 26 filing
    also contains a motion to file the record instanter.
    That motion
    was granted at the Board’s May 20,
    1993 meeting, after this
    record and a motion to file instanter had been initially filed on
