    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
    On April
    22,
    1993, the Board directed the hearing officer to schedule this
    matter for hearing, with all hearings to be completed by July 15,
    1993.
    The hearing officer has scheduled
    a hearing for July 8,
    1993.
    It has come to the Board’s attention that the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency) has not yet filed its
    record in this matter.
    The Agency filed an appearance on
    November 18,
    1991, but has not filed the record or a motion for
    extension of time to file the record.
    The Board notes that our
    procedural rules require that the Agency shall file its record
    within 14 days of notice of the petition.

    Thus,
    the record should have been filed in
    December 1991.
    The Agency is directed to file its record by June
    14,
    1993.
    Failure to file the record as directed may result in
    sanctions.
