    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period of
    a November 28, 2000 Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS
    5/40(a)(1) (1998)), the Board reserved docket PCB 01-101 for any petition filed by petitioner.
    Because petitioner has failed to file an appeal on or before February 27, 2001, the
    timeframe ordered by the Board on January 18, 2001, the Board dismisses this matter and
    closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
