    This matter is before the Board on petitioner’s agreed
    motion for stay of proceedings and waiver of decision deadline
    filed October 24,
    1991.
    This motion requests an additional
    60
    days time to allow issues concerning this RCRA closure plan
    appeal to be examined by the parties prior to any hearing.
    The
    motion states that the parties will submit, joint status reports
    in 60 days should the motion be granted.
    After consideration of the above,
    the agreed motion is
    granted.
    The parties are ordered to submit a joint status report
    to be received by the Clerk of the Board no later than 4:30
    pin.
