ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On March 27, 2000, Town of Cicero (Cicero) filed a motion to clarify a March 16,
2000 Board order. In that March 16, 2000 order, the Board stated that “Town of Cicero filed
a motion to dismiss this third-party complaint.” Cicero clarifies in its motion that Cicero
“recognized that its third-party complaint” was moot at this time and requested that any
dismissal be without prejudice. The Board grants the motion to clarify.
The Board finds that the Town of Cicero’s third-party complaint is moot and hereby
dismisses the complaint without prejudice. This docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 4th day of May 2000 by a vote of 7-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
