    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On April 4, 2000, Kikon Suh (respondent) moved the Board for leave to file
    instanter
    a
    third-party complaint against Herbert O. Schmeisser, Jr. (Schmeisser); Lee Supply Company,
    an Illinois corporation; Ray Petroshius; John Petroshius; Wholesale Janitorial Supply Company,
    an Illinois corporation; Riverside Supply, Inc., an Illinois corporation; and Kap Yol Shin d/b/a/
    Auro Auto Body.
    In the third-party complaint, respondent alleges that he purchased the site from
    Schmeisser, and that the existence of underground storage tanks (USTs) at the site was not
    disclosed to respondent. Respondent also alleges that the third-party respondents he seeks to
    name owned or operated businesses at the site, and upon his information and belief, owned or
    operated the USTs at the site. To date, respondent has not filed proof that he has served the
    third-party complaint on any of the third-party respondents.
    Respondent has 30 days from the date of this order to file proof of service with the
    Board. If respondent fails to do so, the Board will deny his motion for leave to file the third-
    party complaint.
