    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On October 7, 1992, Thomas J. Konkel filed a complaint against
    the City of Crest Hill. This matter is accepted for hearing.
    The Board directs the Clerk to provide the Complainant and
    Respondent with copies of the opinions and orders in a prior case,
    Dutton v. City of Crest Hill, PCB 79-110. The Board orders Crest
    Hill to provide the Board with information on what relationship
    there is between the problems identified in 1979 in the prior case,
    and the problems alleged today. Specifically the Board requests a
    statement on the geographic locations involved in both areas and
    any interconnections of the sewer system.
