    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before he Board on petitioner We Shred It’s
    February 22,
    1993 motion £or leave to filed third amended
    petition for variance.
    We Shred It notes that the Board accepted
    its amended petition for variance on January 21,
    1993,
    and states
    that after that date,
    it received an enforcement warning letter
    from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    We
    Shred It states that it has replied to the notice.
    We Shred It
    wishes to amend its variance petition in order to clarify the
    record regarding the alleged deficiencies, and to provide more
    accurate information regarding the tire inv~ntory. Thus, We
    Shred It requests 14 days
    in which to prepare an amende petition.
    We Shred It states that the motion is filed in good faith, and
    that the Agency has no objection to the grant of this motion.
    The Board grants the motion for leave to file a third
    amended petition.
    The amended petition is due on March 11,
    1993.
    The Board notes that the filing of the amended petition will
    restart the time period for decision in this case.
