ORDER OF THE BOARD (by 3. Theodore Meyer):
This matter is before the Board on the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency’s (Agency) February 16, 1993
motion to extend time to file its record. The motion states that
the record is currently due on February 22, 1993, that the
attorney for petitioner Central Can Company has submitted a
waiver of the decision deadline1 and is not opposed to the
request for extension of time, and that an extension is necessary
to “ensure a thorough and complete record.” Thus, the Agency
asks that the date for filing the record be~xtendedto March 22,
1993.
This is the third motion to extend time filed by the Agency,
based upon a contention that the time is necessary to ensure a
thorough and complete record in this matter. This is the final
extension of time to file the Agency record. The Agency’s motion
for extension of time is granted, and the record is due on March
22, 1993.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
