    On November 25 and 26,
    1991, the Board held inquiry hearings
    in this matter.
    Upon receipt of the transcripts the Board opened
    this matter for public comment.
    Comments were received from
    concerned citizens, organizations and industry.
    The Board wishes
    to extend its appreciation to those who participated at the
    hearings and those who submitted comments.
    On January 30,
    1992, General Motors Corporation filed a
    motion to incorporate material from a prior proceeding and a
    motion to allow the appearance of out—of—state attorney, Laura N.
    Tucker,
    as counsel on behalf of General Motors.
    The motion to
    incorporate requested that selected relevant material from R83-7,
    In the Matter of:
    General Motors Corp.
    Proposed Amendment to 35
    Ill. Adm. Code 900.103 and 901.104 be incorporated into R91-25.
    These motions are hereby granted.
    The Agency has informally notified the Board that it is
    unable to present a proposal to the Board at this time due to
    limited resources available to the noise program.
    Because there
    is no proponent in this matter to carry it forward,
    the Board
    will close this docket.
    Any person presenting
    a noise proposal
    to the Board should consider incorporating all or part of the
    record from P91-25.
