On February 1, 1993, Dale & Deborah Dettlaff (“the

Dettlaffs”) filed a Motion to Supplement the Record. No response

to the motion was filed. The Board’s Procedural rules, at 35

Ill. Adin. Code 101.241(b) state:

Section 101.241

Filing Of Motions And Responses

b) Within 7 days after service of a motion, a participant

or party may file a response to the motion. If no

response is filed, such participant or Darty shall be

deemed to have waived obiection to the granting of the

motion, but such waiver of objection does not bind the

Board or the hearing officer in the decision of the

motion. Unless undue delay or material prejudice would

result, neither the Board nor the hearing officer will

grant any motion before expiration of the 7-day

response period. (Emphasis Added).

Respondents have waived objection to the motion. The Board

grants the motion to supplement the record.
