    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On April 13, 2000, the County of Will (complainant) filed a motion to vacate the
    May 6, 1999 Board order and to dismiss this administrative citation. The order found that
    Maureen Fee violated Sections 21(p)(1) and 21(p)(3) of the Act (415 ILCS 5/21(p)(1), 21(p)(3)
    (1996)) and imposed a statutory penalty of $1,000. Complainant asserts that the wrong party
    was named as a respondent. The Board grants complainant’s motion to vacate and to dismiss.
