ORDER OF THE BOARD

This matter comes before the Board on a motion filed January
29,
1992,
by the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of
Greater Chicago (District)’.
On May 19,
1988, as part of
its
final order in this proceeding,
the Board ordered the District to
file a comprehensive water quality evaluation by January 15,
1992,
as specified in the order.
The District requests that the Board waive its requirement
(found at
35 Ill.
Adm. Code 101.103) that the District file ten
copies of its Comprehensive Water Ouality Evaluation Report.
An
original and two copies of the report were filed on January 15,
1992.
The District asks, due to the voluminous nature of the
report, that it be allowed to file an original and two copies of
the report.
The District’s motion for waiver of the requirements of 35
Ill.
Adm. Code 101.103, as it pertains to the Comprehensive Water
quality Evaluation Report,
is granted.
