    This petition for adjusted standard was filed on March 5,
    1990.
    On January
    9,
    1992, the Board directed the parties to file
    a status report to be received by the Board no later than January
    31,
    1992.
    The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    filed a status report and a motion for leave to file response to
    petition for adjusted standard instanter on January 31,
    1992.
    The status report states that a variance and a permit appeal
    concerning the petitioner are also presently before the Board.
    The decision due dates in those other matters has been waived
    until December31,
    1992.
    The Board directs the parties to file an additional status
    report with the Board to be received by the Board no later than
    May 4,
    1992.
    The motion to file instanter is granted.
