    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    In response
    to the Board’s
    Order
    of October
    24,
    1991,
    on
    January 23,
    1992 N
    &
    D filed a joint status report and motion to
    renew request to extend time to file the Agency’s Recommendation.
    Among other things, M
    & D reports that this variance request from
    the Board’s RACT rules has also involved a request to USEPA for a
    revision to the Federal Implementation Plan (FIP), and that USEPA
    has not as yet made its decision.
    The Board will extend the time
    for the filing of the Agency’s Recommendation until May 15,
    1992,
    and directs the parties to file a status report on or before April
    15,
    1992.
