    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on its own motion.
    On March
    28,
    1991, the Board granted petitioner’s motion to hold hearings
    in abeyance.
    That order required status reports to be filed with
    the Board regarding a related federal proceeding every 90 days,
    as suggested by petitioner.
    Despite this,
    petitioner filed its
    next status report with the Board some eight months later on
    November 6,
    1991.
    No other status reports have been filed by
    either the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency or the
    petitioner.
    The Board orders that a status report must be filed with the
    Board, to be received by the Clerk of the Board,
    no later than
    4:30 p.m.
    on April
    30,
    1992,
    and every 90 days thereafter,
    or
    this adjusted standard proceeding will be subject to dismissal.
