    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (3. Anderson):
    This matter comes before the Board on the Nay 18,
    1992
    motion to withdraw instanter the May 4,
    1992 motion for
    reconsideration filed by Prairie Material Sales,
    Inc.
    (Prairie).
    The Prairie May 4,
    1992 motion sought reconsideration of the
    March 26,
    1992 order issued by the Board in this matter.
    It also
    sought a stay of discovery pending disposition of the motion for
    reconsideration.
    On cross motions, the March 26,
    1992 Board
    order granted summary judgment in part and denied it in part.
    The People responded to the Prairie motion of May 4,
    1992 by
    filing a motion to strike on May 7,
    1992.
    The Board hereby grants the Prairie Material Sales motion to
    withdraw the motion of May 4,
    1992 instanter.
    The Board hereby
    denies the motion for stay of discovery and the motion to strike
    as moot.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
