    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This matter is before the Board on a motion to compel entry
    of a final order filed by the Village of Matteson (Matteson)
    on
    May 1,
    1992.
    The motion requests that the Board enter a final
    order in this matter based on the present record before the
    Board.
    World Music Theatre et.al.
    (Theatre) has not filed a
    response to this motion.
    Matteson is requesting that a final order be entered because
    a hearing date has not been set.
    However, since the filing of
    this motion,
    a hearing has been scheduled in this matter for June
    9,
    1992.
    Therefore,
    Matteson’s motion to compel entry of a final
    order is moot.
    The motion is denied.
    On May 19,
    1992, Discovery South Group filed a motion to
    postpone hearing.
    On May 20,
    1992, Matteson filed a disclosure
    of expert witness.
    Since the
    7 day period to respond to the
    motion to postpone the hearing has not yet expired, the
    disposition of this motion will be handled by the hearing officer
    at the expiration of the 7-day response period.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
