    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD

    C. Plemal):
    On November 24,
    1992, Archdiocese of ‘chicago (Archdiocese)
    filed a petition for review of an Underground Storage Tank
    Reimbursement Determination.
    On December 31,
    1992, the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency)
    filed
    a motion
    for
    summary judgment
    in
    this matter.
    On January 12,
    1993, Archdiocese filed a joint motion to
    stay hearing and a limited waiver
    of
    decision deadline, stating
    that the parties need additional time to dilcuss possible
    resolution of the matter.
    The parties ask
    the
    Board to stay
    ruling on the motion for summary judgment until
    a
    later
    unspecified date.
    The parties also request that
    the
    hearing be
    continued until
    July 26,
    1993.
    Archdiocese also submitted
    a
    waiver of the decision deadline in this matter to September 30,
    1993.
    On January 19,
    1993, the hearing officer filed an order
    vacating the hearingr that had been previously set for January 25,
    1993.
    In addition, the hearing officer set this matter for
    status conference on April
    1, 1993.

    The Board grants the parties’ joint motion to stay ruling on
    the motion for summary judgment.
    The stay will expire on April
    22,
    1993.
