    On January 15,
    1993, Atwood Industries
    (Atwood) and
    the
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed a joint status
    report.
    The status report states that Atwood has met with
    the
    Agency and several issues have
    been
    resolved.
    Atwood
    believes
    that given the significant progress of the aeetings, the matter
    will be resolved without a hearing.
    The Board notes that the decision deadline in
    this
    matter
    has been waived until July 1,
    1993.
    The parties are ordered to
    file additional status reports to
    be
    received by
    the
    Board on or
    before April 17,
    1993.
