    This matter comes before
    the
    Board on a petition filed on
    February 15,
    1990.
    The petitioner last filed a status report
    with the Board on
    June 15,
    1992.
    In a December 17,
    1992 Board
    order, the Board ordered the parties to file a
    status
    report by
    January 18,
    1993.’
    The parties have failed to comply with that
    order.
    On December 28,
    1992, petitioner filed an amended waiver
    of the Board’s statutory deadline
    until November 12,
    1993.
    The Board is concerned with the part1~s’failure to file a
    status report and further notes with concern
    the parties’ failure
    to file a motion for an extension of time.
    In light of the fact
    tha.t no report has
    been
    filed, the Board directs the parties to
    file a status report no later
    than February
    3.,
    1993, or this
    three year old matter will be dismissed for want of prosecution.
    The status report shall include an estimated date for conclusion
    of this matter.
