ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by
B. Forcade):
On August 26,
1992,
Amoco filed corrections to its July 31,
1992 amended petition.
These corrections clarified that Amoco
was seeking protection of certain information contained in the
petition as a trade secret.
Along with the corrections Amoco
also filed a statement of justification and a waiver of the
statutory deadline-for determination of trade secret status.
The Board accepts the corrections to the amended petition
and considers them as a new amended petition.
Therefore, the
August 26,
1992 filing restarts the timeclock ~or purposes of
determining the decision deadline.
Absent a waiver of the
decision deadline or the need to reach a determination on the
trade secret issue this matter is now due December
24,
1992.
The Board will not make a determination on the trade secret
status of the documents at this time because Amoco has filed a
waiver of the statutory deadline for determination of trade
secret status pursuant to Section 102.203.
The Board is required
to make a determination on the trade secret status of the
information if a written request for disclosure of the
information is received from the public.
IT IS SO ORDERED.

Board, hereby ce~jfythat the above order was adopted on~the
