    On June 16,
    1992,
    Amoco filed a status report as ordered by
    the Board on April
    9,
    1992.
    Amoco reports that on May 29,
    1992
    IEPA forwarded a draft
    NPDES
    permit to Amoco for review.
    This
    draft NPDES permit was received by Amoco on June 2,
    1992.
    Amoco is
    in the process of reviewing the draft permit,
    and expects to have
    the
    review
    and
    response
    completed
    by
    June
    30,
    1992.
    Upon
    completion of Amoco’s review, Amoco and the IEPA have agreed to set
    a meeting date for continued negotiations regarding the effluent
    limitations in early July,
    1992.
    The parties are directed to file an updated status report on
    or before September 15,
    1992.
