    ORDER
    OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
    On October
    6,
    1992,
    Conversion Systems, Inc.
    (CSI)
    filed a
motion requesting the Board to reconsider its October
    1, 1992
    order in this matter.
    On the same date,
    CSI also filed two
certificates of publication and a motion to file the certificates
    instanter.
    In its October
    1,
    1992 order, the Board,
    in part, ordered
CSI to file an amended petition to correct certain deficiencies.
In light of the extensive nature of the revisions •that were
needed and in order to assure that proper notification of the
amended petition was given, the Board also directed CSI to
republish notice of its amended petition.
In its motion to file its certificates of publication
instanter, CSI states that notice of its petition was published
in both the Sun-Times and the State Journal-Register on August
    27,
    1992.
    CSI also states that,
    although both certificates were
to have been filed with the Board by September 23,
    1992,
    it did
not receive the State Journal—Register’s certificate until
    October
    1,
    1992.
CSI finally asserts that no prejudice would
result from the granting of the motion to file instanter.
In its motion for reconsideration, CSI asks the Board to
require republication of its notice in only the State Journal-
    Register.
In support of its motion, CSI asserts that, although
republication in the State Journal-Register will cost $24.60,
republication in the Sun-Times will cost $474.18.
    CSI also
asserts that nothing has been filed with the Board by the public
since the original publication nor have there been any telephone
    calls regarding the proceeding.
Although the response times to CSI’s motions have not yet
expired, the Board will rule on the motions to prevent undue
    delay.
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.241(b).
    As to the motion for
    reconsideration,
it is apparent, upon examination of the notices
of publication, that such notices contain a general description
of the relief requested and sufficiently place the public on
notice of CSI’s petition for adjusted standard.
    Accordingly, the
Board hereby grants CSI’s motion for reconsideration and will not
require CSI to republish notice of its amended petition in either

    2
    paper.
Because it is not requiring republication, the Board also
grants CSI’s motion to file its certificates of publication
    instanter.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
