    On March
    25, 1991
    the Board ordered Noline Corporation to pay
    a stipulated penalty of
    $21,800.00
    within
    30
    days.
    On April
    25,
    1991,
    Moline filed
    a voluntary
    petition for reorganization
    under
    Chapter
    11
    of the Bankruptcy
    Code
    in the United
    States
    District
    Court
    for
    the
    Northern
    District
    of
    Illinois,
    Eastern
    Division.
    Section
    362
    of
    the Bankruptcy
    Code prohibits
    the commencement
    or
    continuation of any act or judicial proceeding designed to recover
    a claim which arose against the debtor before the commencement
    of
    the bankruptcy
    case.
    Therefore,
    this matter
    is stayed until the completion
    of the
    bankruptcy
    case.
    Moline
    is directed
    to update the
    Board
    on the
    status of the bankruptcy proceeding by filing a status report on or
    before July
    31,
    1992
    and to file
    subsequent
    status reports
    every
    six months thereafter.
