    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On
    August
    6,
    1992,
    the
    Agency
    filed
    a
    status
    report
    as
    directed by the Board’s order of April 23,
    1992.
    The report was
    accompanied
    by
    a motion
    for
    leave to
    file
    instanter,
    which
    is
    hereby granted.
    The Agency states that Riverside Laboratories
    (“Riverside”)
    has pending before the Board two petitions for variance, PCB 91-161
    and
    PCB
    90—164,
    as well
    as
    a
    permit
    appeal,
    PCB
    90-165,
    all
    pertaining to the Part 218 papercoating regulations as applied to
    Riverside.
    Riverside
    has
    pending
    before
    the
    United
    States
    Environmental Protection Agency (“USEPA”)
    a reconsideration of the
    Federal
    Implementation
    Plan
    (FIP)
    papercoàting
    regulations
    as
    applied to Riverside.
    The USEPA has granted Riverside a further
    stay of enforcement of the papercoating limitations, pending final
    review.
    35 Ill. Adm. Code 218.103 (a) (2) stays the effectiveness of
    Part 218 as applied to each FIP appellant to the extent that each
    appellant receives
    a
    stay
    of the FIP from USEPA.
    Based
    on the
    foregoing, the Agency requests that the pending matters be held in
    abeyance pending
    final
    review by the USEPA of the papercoating
    regulations as applied to Riverside.
    The Board notes that the deadline date in all three cases has
    been waived until June 30, 1993.
    The Board will accordingly enter
    a stay in each case

    until February
    1,
    1993, a date 120 days from
    the current due date.
    The parties are direOted to file an updated
    status report on or before February 1,
    1993,
    and may renew their
    request for an extension of the stay if
    necessary,
    provided that
    the
    extension
    is
    accompanied
    by
    an
    appropriate
    waiver
    of
    the
    ~Thedocument filed by the Agency bears only the PCB 90-164
    and
    90-165
    captions,
    and
    not that of PCB
    91-161.
    Any document
    requesting that the Board take action in multiple cases must be
    headed with the caption in each case to assure proper and timely
    consideration of that request.
