    On April

    the complainant
    filed
    a status report in
    this
    matter
    indicating
    that
    the
    parties
    “reached an
    agreement
    involving
    a
    stipulated
    penalty”,
    and
    that
    an
    “appropriate
    statement” would be submitted in the near future”.
    The prompt resolution of enforcement actions
    is
    a matter of
    substantial
    significance to the
    Board.
    To that
    end,
    the Board
    encourages
    the
    parties’ to
    assist
    in
    an
    expeditious
    final
    disposition of this matter.
    If a settlement agreement is not filed on or before June 15,
    1992,
    hearing
    shall be scheduled on or before July 15,
    1992 and
    held
    on
    or before
    September
    15,
    1992,
    or
    this
    action
    will
    be
    subject to dismissal.
