    Environmental
    Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    tiled
    a
    motion
    requesting
    the
    Board
    to
    grant
    it
    additional time, until
    January
    29,
    1993,
    to
    respond
    to
    Detroit
    Diesel Corporation’s
    and
    the
    Engine
    ManUfaCturers
    Association’a
    (petitioners) second amended petition.
    The
    petitioners have
    not
    filed a response.
    In
    support
    of its request, the Agency
    states
    that
    it
    received
    the
    second
    amended
    petition
    on
    $ovssbsr
    14,
    1992,
    end
    that
    the
    Agency’s
    amended
    response
    was
    due on
    December
    1.,
    1992.
    The Agency asserts that it needs
    the
    extension
    of
    time
    so
    that
    its internal policy decision making group can meet to discuss tbe
    petition.
    That
    group
    is
    scheduled to
    meet
    on January 5,
    1993.
    The
    Agency adds that it has discussed the motion with
    the
    petitioners’ attorney and that the petitioners
    have
    no
    objection
    to the motion.
    The Board hereby
    grants
    the
    Agency’s
    request
    for.
    additional
    time.
    The Agency’s response should be received by the. Board no
    later than January 29, 1993.
