    On October 14,
    1992,
    the Village of Cedarville filed
    a copy
    of its sewer system compliance plan.
    Copies were filed with the
    Board and with each of the complainants.
    However, there is no
    indication that a copy was sent to the Environmental Protection
    Agency (Agency)
    as required by paragraph
    4 of the Board’s
    September
    3,
    1992 order.
    This order hereby instructs the Clerk of the Board to send a
    copy of the compliance plan to the Agency with this order.
    Accordingly the time for the complainants and the Agency to
    comment on the compliance plan will be extended to November 20,
    1992.
