On December 17,
1992, the Board issued an order directing

December31,

At that time,
a status report was due in this
case and was 61 days late.

dismissal for want of prosecution.

from Safety-Kleen in this matter.
The report stated that on
December 11,
1992,
Safety-Kleen and the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency
(Agency) met to discuss
the
resolution of this
case.
According to Safety—Kleen, the parties have developed an
agreement for resolution.
However, Safety—Kleen is waiting for
the Agency to finalize the form the documents that Safety-Kleen
needs to submit to the Agency.
Safety-Kleen states that it is
willing to file another status report with the Board in thirty
days.
Accordingly, the Board orders Safety-Kleen to file its
next status report on or before February 8,
