    ORDER OF THE BOARD (By
    J. Anderson):
    Pursuant
    to Sections 7.2, 13(c), and 22.4(a) of the
    Environmental Protection Act (Act), the Board would normally
    propose amendments to the Underground Injection Control (UIC)
    regulations semi—annually. Accordingly, the Board reserved this
    docket for USEPA amendments during the period from July 1 through
    December 31, 1991. However, USEPA did not amend its UIC rules
    during this period.
    For the foregoing reason, the Board hereby dismisses this
    proceeding.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
