    On September

    1992,
    the Agency moved for an extension of
    time in which to file its record.
    The record was due on August 31,
    1992 and the Agency seeks an extension to November 30,
    1992.
    The Agency states that:
    Shell
    Oil Company has filed a waiver of decision date
    and has agreed to extend the date for filing the record
    until
    November
    30,
    1992.
    On
    August
    7,
    1992,
    (the
    parties
    had
    a
    conference call and discussed possible
    resolutions
    of
    the
    Petition.
    The
    call
    successfully
    narrowed the issues
    and the parties believe that they
    will be able to reach agreement on the issues that lead
    to the permit appeal.
    The motion is granted.
    The record is due to be filed on or
    before November 30,
    1992.
