    1992, Capital Asset Corporation and Industrial
    Investors Limited Partnership filed a motion to dismiss.
    The
    Board makes no finding on the “Stipulation of Settlement and
    Dismissal” submitted by the parties.
    The Board notes that the
    copy of the stipulation filed by the hearing officer was
    incomplete in that referenced exhibits A, B and C were not
    attached.
    The motion to dismiss is granted and this matter is
    dismissed.
