    Shell moved the Board to substitute a
    “Corrected Attachment #5” for the Attachment #5 filed with
    Shell’s Amended Petition and Response to the IEPA Variance
    Recommendation which was filed June 15,
    1992.
    The correction
    involves improperly placed decimal points.
    Shell’s motion is
    hereby granted.
