ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
On February 7, 2000, complainants filed a formal complaint with the Board alleging that
respondents had violated Sections 23 and 24 of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS
5/23, 24 (1998), and various noise regulations. On March 1, 2000, respondent filed a “Motion to
Extend Time to Respond to Complaint,” seeking to and including April 3, 2000, to respond to the
complaint. The Board received no response to the motion. Respondent’s motion is hereby granted.
Respondent’s time to respond to the complaint is extended to and including April 3, 2000.
The Board notes that 27 individuals signed Attachment A to the complaint identifying themselves
as complainants. In many cases, however, the signatures are not clearly legible. So that all
complainants may be correctly identified, complainants are directed to submit a clearly printed or
typewritten list of all complainants, with their addresses and telephone numbers,
    1
    within 14 days after
the date of this order. A copy of this list must be mailed to counsel for the respondent. So far, the only
complainant for whom the Board has the required information is John M. Giertych. Besides Giertych,
only persons identified in the list will be considered complainants.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
    1
This information is required under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.103(g).

    2
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that the above
order was adopted on the 16th day of March 2000 by a vote of 5-0.
