    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by B. Forcade):
    On December 15, 1992 the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency filed a Motion to Extend Time to File Agency Record. The
    Agency requests an extension to April 15, 1993, of the deadline
    for filing the Agency record in this matter. The Agency asserts
    that the “Petitioner has agreed to file an Open Waiver of
    Decision Date and does not object to the granting of a one
    hundred and twenty (120) day extension of the date to file
    record.” The present due date is July 23, 1993. The motion is
    granted and the record will be due on April 15, 1993.
