    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Anderson):
    This matter is before the Board on a motion to file a status
    report instanter filed on May 13,
    1993 by Douglas Furniture of
    California
    Inc.
    (Douglas).
    The motion
    is hereby granted.
    In its status report, Douglas states that on February 9,
    1993,
    it filed
    a petition for adjusted standard
    (AS 93—3) with
    the Board which seeks to resolve a regulatory interpretation
    dispute
    which
    in part pertains to the instant permit appeal.
    Douglas also states in its status report that the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency has filed a proposal
    (R93-9)
    which the Board has sent to first notice which revises the air
    regulations. Douglas asks the Board to defer action
    in the permit
    appeal pending the outcome of AS 93-3.
    Douglas states that it
    will file the appropriate decision deadline waivers as necessary
    to facilitate resolution of this matter.
    As the Board does not favor
    indeterminate stays and because
    the current decision deadline in this case is December 17,
    1993,
    the Board will grant the stay until August
    9,
    1993, approximately
    120 days before the current due date.
    At that time the
    petitioner shall file a status report in this matter and may move
    for an additional stay if necessary and
    if the appropriate
    decision deadline waiver is submitted.
