    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by S.T. Lawton, Jr.):
    A complaint in the above-captioned matter was filed on February 15, 2001. The
    complaint alleges that respondent violated specific provisions of the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/1
    et seq.
    (1998)) and Board regulations (35 Ill. Adm. Code
    201.141, 732.202, 732.203, 732.300). The complainant alleges that violations occurred at or
    around respondent’s gasoline service station, located at 260 South Schmale Road, Carol Stream,
    DuPage County, Illinois. The Board accepts this matter for hearing.
    The Board directs that this matter proceed to hearing as expeditiously as practicable.
    The assigned hearing officer must set the matter for hearing in accordance with the
    requirements of the Act and the Board’s procedural rules. It is the responsibility of the hearing
    officer to guide the parties toward prompt resolution or adjudication of this matter, through
    whatever status calls and hearing officer orders he determines are necessary and appropriate.
