ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J. Anderson):
On April
21,
1993,
the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency
(Agency)
filed a motion requesting
the Board to grant
it
an extension of time, until April

1993,
to file its response
to Citizens Utilities Company’s
(Citizens’) November 18,

motion for rehearing.
In support of its motion,
the Agency
states that the Board previously has granted the Agency two
extensions of time so that the parties could engage in settlement
negotiations.
The Agency asserts that such settlement efforts
have been unsuccessful and that the Agency is now preparing a
response to Citizen’s rehearing motion.
The Agency also asserts
that Citizens has been informed of the motion and has no
objection to the grant of the motion.
The Board hereby grants the Agency’s motion for extension.
The Agency’s response is to be filed with the Board no later than

30,
