Board received a joint status report
from the parties to this action.
The report
stated that the
parties would meet on August 26, 1992 to resolve
technical issues
and
to create a framework for resolving
the
appeal. The
parties
also stated in
the
status report
that
they would file another
status report
with
the Board
on or before
September 30,
1992.
On August 13, 1992, the Board ordered
the
parties in this
action to file an updated status
report
on or before
October
15,
1992. The status report is now 61 days late. Additionally, the
Board
notes that the parties have not tiled a motion for
extension of time.
In light of
the
fact that
the Board
has
received
no
explanation for the delay in this case from th. parties,
the
Board directs
the parties
to file a status report on or before
Dceaber
31, 1992. Failure to file will render this
proceeding
subject to dismissal for want of prosecution.

SO ORDERED.
