    This matter is before the Board on a March 26,
    1993 motion
    to supplement the record,
    filed by the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency notes that it filed its
    record in this matter on February 18,
    1993, but that it
    mistakenly did not include the application for reimbursement.
    Thus, the Agency asks to supplement its record with that
    application for reimbursement.
    The motion to supplement
    is
    granted.
