    ORDER OF THE
    BOARD
    (by R. C. Flemal):
    On March 24,
    1993 the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a motion to extend time to file the Agency
    record in this proceeding with a request to file the motion to
    extend instanter.
    The motion to file instanter and the motion to extend filing
    of the Agency record are granted.
    The Agency record is now due
    on or before April
    19,
    1993.
    The Board reserves ruling on
    Chemical Waste Management,
    Inc.’s
    (CWM)
    pending motion to
    consolidate this matter with its related permit appeal PCB 93-34,
    and any related motions, until a later time.
    The Board further
    notes that a waiver of the decision deadline until July 19,
    1993
    was filed by CWM.
    Under the Board’s current meeting schedule,
    the date the Board would be required to act on the petition is
    July 1,
    1993.
