    petition for hearing to review the denial by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency of its
    RCRA
    closure plan permit.
    on April
    5,
    1993, pursuant to Board order, the parties filed
    a
    joint status report in this proceeding.
    The status reports
    indicates that substantial progress
    is being made toward
    resolution of this matter at this time.
    The parties are ordered to file additional status reports
    due June
    8,
    1993.
    The Board notes that under the current
    decision deadline, hearing would have to be held on this matter
    no later than July
    9,
    1993,
    in order to provide for sufficient
    time for briefing and deliberations on the matter.
