    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    Marlin):
    On October
    19,
    1992,
    the parties filed a joint status report
    stating that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency was
    currently evaluating Olin’s request to withdraw its Part B Permit
    application and close the hazardous waste container storage
    facility under interim status.
    At that time, the parties
    expected to reach an agreement and jointly move the Board for an
    order vacating the Part B Permit and dismissing this action.
    On March 8,
    1993, the Hearing Officer submitted a letter
    stating that the parties are in settlement negotiations and that
    settlement
    is expected.
    Also on March
    8,
    1993, the petitioners
    filed a waiver of decision deadline until December 1,
    1993.
    The parties are ordered to file a status report in this
    matter on or before June
    8,
    1993,
    in the event this appeal has
    not been dismissed.
